for those of you disagreeing it's an etb effect. it can also be stopped by {torpor orb}

So you can {dark ritual}, play {torpor orb}, and then cast {Phyrexian dreadnaught} 1st turn?!?!? Nice.......very nice!  Bwahahaha!
