Snapcaster will stay, it's not like it's a game breaker like a lotus or moxes or anything like that, there are so many answers to Snapcaster same with delver, IMO I can see ponder getting banned again, Snapcaster just has too many ways to get around him, mana leak will get reprinted 1 more time maybe not in m13 but in a future set, I mean look how long counterspell was around, blue is based on control spells like counterspells and bounce spells, there will always be some sort of counter that will make people mad, but as far as Snapcaster I see no change for him

Pseudo-restricted.  You can only play 2 copies.  No more, no less.  In fact, every deck in Sanctioned events must now include 2 copies.  Regardless.

If he's being considered, I feel he's likely to get banned, of you put yourself in R&D's shoes, they probably see that from now on, they have to consider cmc's of instants or sorceries because of him. They may want to make a really nice, cheap spell, but will always have to reconsider the fact that snappy can be used to double that spells play value. Instead of having to develope with respect to him, the issue can be averted by limiting his legalities.
