This is because I want you to succeed and not feel like I am picking on you.

I love your entrepreneurial spirit, you constant ability to come under fire and emerge unscathed and always take a joke.

As someone who got my degree in Marketing specializing in Internet marketing and social media, allow me to help you out.

This forum is a cross section of the internet, taken at random by our willingness to be here. That being said in order to sell something you need a Unique Selling Point (USP).

Internet shoppers are there for 2 reasons, it's easy and it's cheap. If you want us to buy from you you need to make it super easy (this is reflected in the ease of accessing and navigating and checking out from your site) but you also have to be price competitive with bankrupting yourself.

If you are more expensive than another shop you have to give us a reason to buy from you instead of them. Maybe it's free sleeves or dice at a certain purchase amount, maybe it's you ship overnight.

Just saying that if you need some help ask. :)

I would love a store to do like Gamestop and accrue points that can be redeemed for credit or goodies

Because our prices auto update, you will never overpay for a card, unless anyone is overpriced like said remand example. . .will always be a fair price.

The trading and renting does sound good though. Do you buy bulk?

It sounds like you're trying to be Puca City Games. With deck rental. That's amazing, if you can get it all to work, but I don't know if you have the inventory for that sort of structure. Do you have other people working with you, such as moderators, to assist when a problem arises, such as an expensive deck never getting returned, or trades getting f-ed up. Things like that will happen, and as it stands I don't see anything close to a decent insurance policy on your, or my end. Puca has a resolution center that makes sure that your trades go through. They have a tracking system that monitors frequent offenders in order to protect other members from people just simply not sending out cards, or saying they never got them when they did. After a certain point they just stop crediting individuals.

Most deck rental sites tend to use credit cards as payment to ensure that if the deck returns damaged, or if it's just never returned, they can simply re-purchase the merchandise with no issues. Maybe have the deck rental portion only accessible if you enter your credit info, that way they can use their points all they want, but you have your ass covered. But with all of that to happen you still need a dedicated team. I know you believe you can do it all on your own, but with something potentially this large, you will lose all of that quickly gray turning hair in a matter of days.

Just my two cents. If you already have features like this enabled then that is great. But your customer does not know that!

I browsed the site and it took a minute of reading before you even mentioned your point system, which was more of an aside than anything, as if we should already assume that it was there and obviously how your system works. You don't need a fancy name for your point system, but I suggest at least make it a more pronounced feature, especially with the fact that the points you accumulate can be used site-wide. Maybe it's mentioned in detail somewhere else, but I don't think customers want to go digging to find out exactly what they're looking at.

It's complex, and awesome, but in its current state, it's not welcoming.
