Need help building this deck! {Mizzix of the Izmagnus} seems like you can break him very easily, any help is much appreciated

I don't play a Storm build, but rather an "All X-Spells" build.  Because of the way declaring costs and cost reductions works, you'll always be able to cast spells for just the Colored cost AND get another experience counter!  If I have 4 counters and cast a Fireball for X=4, Mizzix reduces the cost from 4R to R AND it has a CMC of 5, causing you to get another counter!  I only run one infinite in the deck, otherwise it's just getting mizzix on the board and casting spells every turn.

Looks cool. How does {reshape} work out with only 5 artifacts however?

A way to raise your storm count could be {intruder alarm} + {retraction helix} + 0-drops.
As stated by Remilio, X spells are a nice way to get your counters up.
Note that storm copies aren't cast, thus don't give counters.

Probably the next cut, honestly.  It's just handy when you're going off and need to turn one rock into something that gets you a color you need, or to find our Bosium Strip
