So I work in the same room as the Tech department.
One of the support guys (help desk via phone) has his computer start making a hissing noise and then there is a popping noise.
calls a tech over and the following conversation happens

Tech opens computer after unplugging it and putting on side up on desk.
Call Guy "What is all that .poo. inside my computer" looking at a liquid that is on several motherboard components
Tech Guy "That ".poo." is fluid from the capacitor"
Call Guy "Well what the hell happened to my computer, why isn't it working??"
Tech Guy "Well it looks like the .poo. hit the fan..."

took about 2 more seconds before the room erupted in laughter

That's all wrong. You need to kick it a bunch of times to reboot it.

No, you need to change out the RAM.
Always do that while wearing a wool sweater, and before you touch it, pull the sweater on and off about 5 times. And rub a balloon through your hair just to be sure.

Put the computer in a bag of rice overnight.  Asians will be attracted to the rice and they will fix it in the middle of the night.
