The Great Aurora says that players shuffle their hands and all permanents they own into their library than draw that many cards.(and more that's not pertinent to this question... The question is tokens... They, rather than shuffling in, just cease to exist once they leave the battlefield, but do they count toward the number of cards drawn?

Use curly brackets. Quote me for reference.
{The great aurora}

And in reference to your question, the short answer is yes. Someone more qualified than me can give you a ruling.

That's what I was thinking/hoping but I wasn't sure if the wording meant it counted the cards shuffled or not. Thanks though

Actually, as per the release notes, the tokens ARE shuffled into the library, but then cease to exist. So you don't physically shuffle in the things representing your tokens, but you still count them.
Presents a nice wincon vs a token deck:
You've got infinite tokens now? Go ahead, draw infinite cards..

EDIT: rereading Link's answer that's pretty much what he said too. Sorry Link, misread...

Not trying to be super picky, but that cant happen. You cant have infinite tokens. If you have an infinite combo you must specify when you choose to stop it (if you can stop it!). So there will always be a finite number of tokens, therefore a finite number of cards will always be drawn.

Yeah, you're right. In casual play it is often done like this, but you can't have infinite. Let's stop at 15 billion for random's sake.

That would be a rather drawn out game to win by Maniac. I do like the idea of {Varchild's War-Riders} and then the aurora. Use stuff like {Reverance} and {Island Sanctuary}, boom you make them draw out in the most unconventional way I can think of.
