If i {act of treason} a creature then I {cloudshift } it

Does it stay permenantly on my control ?

Anytime an object changes zones, (hand, exile battlefield) the game sees it as a new object.  By leaving and coming back, equipment/auras become unattached, damage wears off, counters come off, soulbound creatures are unbound, and delayed triggers set to that object will wear off. 

You can also do this trick in mono-red with {Bazaar Trader}, but that's not Standard anymore.

You can only blink creatures. If you blink the conscripts, you'll get to steal another permanent, but both of them will go back at EOT.
