In progress obviously. This will be esper when dragonlord ojutai isn't 20 dollars. He will replace my pearl lakes. When I get him I'll also add silumgar's scorn and cut down on anticipates and bile blights. I also want to try silumgar the drifting death. I'm looking for anything in this list except silumgar. Also looking for ashioks

Part of the reason to play U/B is {Ugin, the Spirit Dragon}. Though I'm guessing he's out of budget.

Otherwise you don't need four {Pearl Lake Ancient}. It's uncounterable and saves itself. I'd run two tops. I'd debate adding in {Dissipate}, {Merciless Executioner} or finishing up the {Ultimate Price} playset.
