couple quick questions guys. Please and thank you.

1. Can I use alt language cards (Japanese) in pro play , assuming art is exact same?

2. If my deck is sleeved, will a judge say that a card in heavy played/poor condition has to be replaced?

3. Is there a place that sells cards that are in crap condition?

1.  Yes.
2.  As long as you can't tell any difference from the back while sleeved it's fine.
3.  No idea. I'd love to find one.
