This a budget deck with raksha as the commander

Cooooooool deck! But no {Kemba, Kha Regent}? She could seriously flesh out your battlefield in this deck and since you're working with what are essentially weenies in EDH, you need numbers. {Argentum Armor}, {Echo Circlet}, the Kaldra three? All budgetish cards. All kick ass. Have you considered {Indomidable Angel} + {Mycosynth Lattice} for this deck? Will Infect get enough of a workout to be worthwhile to include {Grafted Exoskeleton} only. I may be bias however, I find Poison in EDH too cheap, but that just me. EDH isn't about a short game. Anyway </rant>

Then in that case, have you noticed there's a certain someone that ISN'T banned in Commander, as both Commander or deck addition and who was banned specifically because of {Argentum Armor} and {Batterskull}?! You've got a 1 in 59 chance of pulling this Kor early game but she's sexy enough to be worth it!

Guessed who yet? The one, the only {Stoneforge Mystic} would fill that gap. Yes, not a budget card, but when you get her in a deck with awesome {flicker} type abilities ({Cloudshift}, for the newer MtG players, coming soon to booster pack near you), she becomes worth every penny. In my mind, if legally allowed too, Artifact decks are pointless without her in it.

(P.S. For those of you out there looking to make a deck with her in it, Mystic as Commander doesnt work nearly as good as her as a creature but with MANY reanimates, as her cost just gets too expensive after time as commander being targeted)

I can't remember the name of the land but if you have 7 or more plains in play you can return a creature to either your hand or battlefield on your turn.  It might be helpful. 😊
