Epic and Jhoira

So let's say I have Jhoira and eternal dominion out. Can I still suspend stuff with Jhoira even though the "epic" thing is in effect?

want to hear the answer too.. but imo.. yes.. since Jhoira's Ability is not Cast.. want to clear when the time after suspend

Nope

Jhoira lets you suspend it and that's all fine and dandy till,it's out of time counters and she says "cast it"
Epic says "hey bud, still here, cut that .poo. out! I said no casting!"
