Karametra, with en enchantress sub theme?

Is it possible? I feel to fully utilize her ability you'd need to run a lot of creatures, which would take away slots from various enchantments.. Is it possible?

Sure, it's possible, I don't see why not! A balanced enchantment deck needs plenty of creatures to have those enchantments support. Hell, with Theros block existing now, some of those enchantments can even be creatures themselves, like {Celestial Archon} and {Eidolon of Blossoms}.
