Helvault?

If I take control of my opponents creature
(with {slave of bolas} or {act of aggression})
And exile it with {Helvault} does it come back under my or my opponents control. And if it doesn't die at the end of the turn does it die when it comes back out?

With act of aggression it would return to them with slave of bolas you would keep it and wouldn't have to sacrifice him when it gets out

All creatures go back to their owners, not controllers.

When they come back, they are fresh as daisies, having no memory of their past.

Ok it says it right on the card didn't read it just assumed they go back to controllers
