{Voracious dragon} or {Predator dragon}? In a goblin {R}{G} ramp token deck?
I've been play testing with predator and it's been doing pretty decent but was wondering if voracious might be better?
Idk.
Which would you prefer?

Apologies for putting {W} >.> late night brain doesn't work.

Well if you have cards that benefit when you attack or something go with the hasty. But if your pretty much playing 100% goblins voracious is sometimes better.

You should test and figure it out, it really depends on the exact list and meta. I prefer {Predator Dragon} because haste is so good, but if you are playing a million goblins, {Voracious Dragon} is probably better.

Well I can only really play test against my own decks at the moment so can't really get the best feeling for what to expect from other players.
I've been leaning towards predator for haste (and devour 2 is lovely) but the problem I've been having (do to me not having lots of money) is I have such a limited mana base to choose from. It's 9 basics of each color.
2 {evolving wilds} and 2 {gruul Guildgate} (22 total lands)
So I've been having trouble getting the 3 red each game for predator.
So mana wise I prefer Voracious. But on the field I would rather have Predator. Idk. What are some good ramp/token producers that aren't too expensive (no more than 10$) for a deck like this?

{birds of paradise} should not be much..{sylvan caryatid} can also get you red.

I would say {Voracious Dragon} for the following reasons; firstly, it costs less mana-wise, not much less but still less, secondly, let's say you play  {Predator Dragon} and it devours 10 goblin tokens, devour 2 gives it 20 +1/+1 counters, making it a beastly 24/24 with flying and haste, which is great assuming your opponent doesn't have any blockers or anything that can generate blockers(for example {Hornet Cannon}) your predator dragon attack gets foiled by a 1/1 flying hornet token, voracious dragon in the same situation; devours 10 goblin tokens, devour 1 gives only 10 +1/+1 counters = 14/14, no haste, but on etb it deals damage to target creature or player equal to 2x the amount of goblins devoured 10x2 = 20 = lethal damage upon etb no attacks necessary. But that's just my opinion, you can do whatever you think makes more sense to you
