Which one is better
{Captain's Call}
        Or
{Raise the Alarm}

{Raise the Alarm} by a mile instant speed is what is the big difference.

I'm planning on upgrading my soldiers deck and was wondering if it would fit the spot which it does. Plus I plan on trying to make a 5 colour token deck

Alarm because while the other one gives 3 tokens, you could cast 2 alarms (that's 4 tokens).
And as stated. These 4 can show up any time. Where as Call is only on your turn Unless you have a flash ability. Which is essentially making it 4 + flash ability mana for 3 1/1s or. You know. 4 mana for 4 1/1s. At any time.

Or. Just lingering souls. All the way. Cuz flying is fun.
