There are a few companies that are putting cards up on amazon as proxies. You're probably never gonna find someone that has them for trade, let alone 4. It's something that you're likely going to have to purchase yourself.

As of this point, I'm not absolutely against getting these as a high end prox. If it's standard size, standard thickness, I'm down. That deck is sleeved, so I def won't see the back.

Proxies have been on amazon for quite a while. Not a whole lot of them and mostly the high end stuff, but I'm guessing since they're on there, they have figured out the legalities behind selling them, otherwise I'm sure WotC would've already dealt with it.
