Can I give {Sage of Hours} +1/+1 counters with {Bow of Nylea}, could I still do the extra turn thing?

Sure.  Sage's ability doesn't care where the counters came from, just that counters are being removed.

So anything that gives +1 counters can be used? That makes it a lot easier! Make the sage indestructible and hexproof! (and keep more creatures out in case I need to sac) and i'll be set! woot woot.
