Un Cards in Commander?

My first question is: are Un cards legal in commander? I assume not, but...

{Giant Fan}+{Magosi, the Waterveil} in a {Mimeoplasm} or {Experiment Kraj} deck.....

Technically they're not, but if your playgroup doesn't care then it's fine.

Well, you'd only be able to run Blue cards, and the card that you 'cast' has to have the same exact mana cost as the physical card.  You'll still only be able to cast blue spells.

As for the actual question:  not officially, but anything goes in commander, as long as your group is fine with it.

Extra counters on Magosi are 100% useless.  "Remove an eon counter...take an extra turn"  the ability only takes 1 counter, and them bounces the land making any extra useless.  Sorry to disappoint.

Nah, he's not adding extras, he's just moving counters to bypass skipping a turn.  Giant Fan can change what type the counter is.
