It's a lot of cards to pull it off but once in place it's end game barring a kill spell

{Blood Bairn} is a good sac outlet, and just addin some Tutor cards, run 4 of each, and it wouldn't be that hard to get off, very nice +1!

{bloodthrone vampire} is what I usually use. Same deal though. I made a deck with this, a bunch of kill spells and a few {skirsdag high priest}s. It's solid but it can get steam rolled easily since my creatures are not that good for blocking
