So {Venser, the Sojourner}s first ability on another pw means dubble the other pws first ability but no loyalty increase? Or second depending on starting loyalty of the other pw. Or well basicly, two pw abilities of other pw per turn?

Nope. Because venser blinked cards return at the end of turn.

But it would be a "new" pw with "new" counters? So why no new ability?

Because it will come back at the end of your turn, and plainswalker abilities can't be played at instant speed.
