It's a deck based around getting lands lol I doubt that's the case but maybe :S

It also runs cards like {cryptic command}.....in a tri-color deck....yes that is a tricky mana base to run a card like command

Blue also gives it access to counterspells, so yeah. It doesn't tutor for nonbasics anyway, it just wants to combo with mtns and valakut
