Hug target deck

Ok guy I want to put together a deck that targets people in commander but in a good way if you have any ideas on colors let me know. There might not be a win condition either

{zedruu, the greathearted} my friend has a donate deck where he has all the best equipment in the game and he just donates it to the rest of the table.

It makes their lands plains and lets you spend white as though it were any color.  Seems like that would only help your opponent...

Except in commander your lands can only produce colors in your commanders color identity. I originally thought the same thing.

so the result is if they play any commander that does not have any white color indicators on the card, or back, they attempt to make white mana and make colorless instead. so donating a {celestial dawn} to a non white opponent will lock them out hard.
