If I {Fling} a {Signal Pest} equipped with {Cranial Plating} and I have 5 artifacts in play, does it deal 5 to my opponent?

Fling will use what's known as 'Last known information'.  Basically, it will use whatever the creature's power was at the point that you sacrificed it, which would be 5, to figure out how much damage is dealt.
