I like what you've done (Taysby) but three blue on Cryptic command is actually bad in this deck. Meddling Mage is nice but Thistledown Leige is his finisher in the deck and it should probably stay

I disagree. Triple blue is simple with 7 main boarded fetches

17/20 lands either have blue or search blue.
So I don't see the problem.
