Aetheros Question

I am pretty sure, but want to check. Could I use {Angel of Jubilation} and {Aetheros, God of Passage} to basically have an infinite loop of creatures (assuming they dont exile, of course)?

Nope.  Note the wording on the Angel.  Your Opponents can't pay life to activate spells or abilities.  Because Athreos' ability isn't being activated (it's just asking for life to be paid), there's no interaction.
