Would all the mana become colourless? If so that kinda sucks. If the mana that {Omnath Locus of mana} has been holding onto for a while stays till the end of a phase and {Kruphix God of Horizons} is on the field does all that mana become colourless?

This is really confusing to me.

The land untaps but the color they tapped for has already been chosen, untapping them doesn't make the mana pool become colorless.  If that is what you are asking.

He's asking about the new god, not the Prophet. 

IIRC the god sys that if the mana would leave the pool....  Omnath says green mana never leaves the pool.

I would say that time stamps would apply in this case.

Ah yes you are right, sorry about that I haven't looked at the journey into nyx spoilers all that much.

When a step/phase ends normally the mana pool empties.
Kruphix adds a replacement effect for when that happens turning into colorless.
But, Omnath states that the emptying of the pool never happens and as such Kruphix has no effect to replace.

Mana stays in the pool as whatever color it is supposed to be.

This is incorrect. Omnath states GREEN mana {Omnath, Locus of Mana}

Ah yes you are correct, I forgot while I was writing that it states only green.

So ya the other colors would become colorless as they would still empty out of the pool.
But Green would stay green for the reason I said above.
