Syncing decks with iTunes

I'm really sorry if there is somewhere where this is already answered but I looked for about an hour and can't find anything.  I have a bunch of .dec files from other apps and I want to transfer them all to iMTG II so I can have everything in one place.  I see there is a way to sync from itunes and dropbox.  I don't have dropbox so I was hoping to sync from iTunes, but for the life of me I can't figure out how.  The only instruction I have found is the line of text in the app that reads "Required: in iTunes on your PC/Mac put .dec file in iMtG folder".  Where the heck is the iMtG folder?  I have a windows computer by the way.

Can any help me with this?

When your device is connected to iTunes, you should be able to find the place where you manage the Apps on it. There, you should be able to find iMtG folder. HTH.
