Can a grisly salvage be played if a spirit of the labyrinth is on the battlefield?

{grisly salvage}. Use curly brackets ;)

And yes, it can, they aren't drawing the card. They are "putting it into their hand." It would have to say "draw" for {spirit of the labyrinth} to stop it.
