Are there cards that reduce the cost of kickers?
Saw the card {sadistic Sacrament} and thought...ok. If I could make it cost less. You can exile an entire deck at once.
Or just exile all land. Then play {balustrade spy}

Or pull some sort of Modern insanity
With {10} mana turn 1 to exile everything good before they can even begin.
