These situations can really mess with combat math especially if {boros reckoner} is involved. Doing all the first strike damage first can severely change the game state by the time the regular damage is dealt. Blocking with lifelinkers when their is enough first strike unblocked to kill the defending player first, dies triggers or damage triggers can change what is still alive beyond regular combat math. Just fun stuff to keep in mind.
