If the labd base is budget, it's fine. But if this is an expensive deck, in which it is. I would go for:

1 {Hallowed Fountain}
1 {Calciform Pools}
1 {Azorius Guildgate}
1 {Azorius Chancery}
1 {Academy Ruins}
some Plains and Islands as well as other duals, shocks, fetches, manlands, and painlands that I didn't mention.

40 creatures is insane for any EDH deck short of Animar, maybe Zegana. I'm just going to assume that's because your meta favors huge creatures over board wipes. If that's the case, I'll at least point you in the right direction by saying you're missing a way to one-shot people. For instance, I use cards like Three Dreams to find the combo of Auramancer's Guise, Battle Mastery, and Spirit Mantle. 21 commander damage should be a thing in any play group of you ask me.
