I am in CA. I can specifically remember Cards & Comics, on Mira Mesa Drive or Boulevard  or something in San Diago and the two in Livermore.

Back home, {Archangel of Thune} is like 16-18 on average. I picked one up yesterday finally for 13, NM. Reduced to 11 on discount after buying a few other Esper staples, sleeves and such. Win.

I was just in Japan and I popped into a few card shops too. The prices for singles there was at least double the ones in NA for the English versions, the Japanese ones were even more. Sealed product was pretty cheap though I thought.
