Random does anyone live In Kentucky thinking about tryin to open a game store around Richmond or any other good places?

I live in Ky. There is already 2 gaming stores in Richmond I believe. Cosmic Oasis is a great place. There is also a Troll & Toad ran store there, at least there was a year or so back.
