Yes. I run this is my Arcanis EDH deck, and it is my main win con. For those of you who havent figured it out: Tap Arcanis to draw three, then discard one to MOM to untap him, then do it until you deck yourself with one more Arcanis activation and play the Maniac then use Arcanis again to deck yourself and win.

I use this I my Azami deck, but I replace Arcanis with Azami. Arcanis was in there but he got cut because of his mana cost.
