When does RTR cycle out of standard ?

I'm rather new to competitive magic and I'm trying to find out how long blocks stay in rotation and do core sets get released at a regular time each year?

Rtr will rotate in september

All sets rotate two septembers after their release (so the summer Core Sets rotate on just over a year after release).
