They are not responding to my pm's and I have not received cards from them.

If he agreed to send first give him about 6-8 weeks. I had a trade that was delayed for a month after I sent it.

I've had one trade lost in the mail also, so it does happen. I try to get certified mail for any value over $20

If you haven't sent and haven't received, and he hasn't contacted you since the 22nd, I see no reason to not void the trade. If you do receive the cards and don't want to do the trade anymore, just send them back.
