I took my friends {boneyard wurm} with a {traitorous blood}, who's graveyard does the wurm look at for power/toughness?

So to confirm, the fact that I had no creatures in my graveyard at the time means that the {boneyard wurm} would have died as a state based action as soon as I took control of it?

Agreed, this deck however is a {U}{R} "your creature is my creature and now I {fling} it at you" sort of idea.
