Tribal Vamps

I'm building an Olivia Voldaren commander deck and I want to know what things I need completely in it. A rough estimate of what I need, like say a certain number of board wipes, would be nice

What about the vampire that makes everyone sac a non-vampire each turn he makes a good commander I forget his name srry

R/B wipes I'd run stuff like {Damnation}, {Bonfire of the Damned}, {Black Sun's Zenith}. I think vamps like {Captivating Vampire}, {Bloodline Keeper}, {Vampire Nocturnus} should be a necessity. Since you have the access to black you can run the {Sanguine Bond}, {Exquisite Blood} combo. Hope that helps get you started.

{anowon the ruin sage}. I'm probably running him. And I was going for more of like I need x number of board wipes, y piers of removal, etc.
and I'm trying to keep this fairly cheap

 {Captivating Vampire} {Falkenrath Marauders} {Guul Draz Assassin} {Kalastria Highborn} {Nirkana Revenant} {Necropolis Regent} these are all kind of no brainers.

I run an olivia deck, and i went the land destruction route, there is a fair amount of cheap LD in b/r: {stone rain}; {rain of tears}; {choking sands} etc... Also think about running a {wooden stake} and also {blazing torch}. {black sun zenith} {damnation} and {life's end} are effective black wipe spells, but a more localized spell that i find effective is {into the maw of hell} if you decide on a LD base. {strip mine} is also a killer universal LD bomb. I may want to include the fact that I don't want people to hate me. I'm doing tribal vamps. Life drain and bleed effects. NOT land destruction. I'm only playing casual with friends
