Ok, so this is a list I've been toying with for a while.  This is as is.  I'm a bit poor, so no awesome fetches or JtMS or anything.  Any slightly budget ideas to improve it with?

I have found that {slave of bolas} can be quite useful and a great way to insult and injure your opponent.

Things like {Ponder} and {Serum Visions} are small impact cards and don't do much in commander. {Curiosity} with Niv works great.
