Finally figured out a good combo to use my havoc festivals for!
{Bottled Cloister} {Gibbering Descent} {Havoc Festival}
*Let Descent go off first!
Edit: you won't get to use Cloister because you completely skip your upkeep.

You can also just {Paradox Haze} your opponent, too. But nice combo. =P
