{Armidillo Cloak} and {Spirit Link}

Say I swing with a 3/3 enchanted with both of these, do I heal 6 or 9?

9. Life link and the spirit thing have different abilities.

Ok so what if its a 5/5 bc I have an {Unflinching Courage} on top of these two?

They are not redundant. Each enchantment and ability triggers separately.

Correct. They are different from lifelink. With cards like {Armadillo Cloak} or {Spirit Link} whoever controls the enchantment gains the life. If they were to give lifelink, whoever controls the creature would gain the life.

Careful. That still counts as commander damage dealt and will cause you to lose after 21 points to you.
