Why to make elf decks so complicated? There are combo elf builds which can win turn 3-4...;) with no need for infinite live or elves or whatever...;)
Depends on the format of course...;) But if you need elves and infinite stuff, just go with {Elvish Archdruid} and {Staff of Domination} and all you need to have are 5 elves on board and Emrakul in deck...:D Or {Elvish Archdruid} and {Umbral Mantle} for infinite mana...

Agreed. Plus elves without any combos get out of hand fast.
