Actually, this is a good thread to ask this in. So, I have friend who thinks that when {inkmoth nexus} is animated, it would trigger "entering battlefield" effects, is this correct

No since it was already on the battlefield as a land it does not trigger ETB effects

Nope. It never left the field, so it can't re enter it.
