No a card will fully resolve but if a player dies after the card resolves but is in mid stack he will lose the game
Even if the card at the bottom of the Stack would cause the other player to lose the game?

BlackJester

The game checks the state between the resolution of each thing on the stack. Part of checking the state is the check to see if any player:
-is at 0 or less life
-has attempted to draw from an empty library
-has ten or more poison counters
-has had anything else happen that would cause them to lose.

BlackJester

PlayerA is at 2 life, and it's their first main phase:

A: "I'll cast {Lightning Helix}, targeting player B."
B: "In response, I'll cast {Shock} targeting you, A."

When {Shock} resolves, A is dead while the Helix is still on the Stack.

If it's a multiplayer game, all permanents owned by that player and objects on the stack owned by that player are exiled.

BadLuckIrish

Meaning if anything is on a stack and someone dies mid stack, game is over.

Okay, so he refuses to believe that you have directly answered his question: "Does the Stack finish always, even if one player is at 0 life?"
Try to be as blunt as possible

No.

Thank you, hopefully this will clear things up

If he still doesn't follow, i'll dig up the appropriate rules.
