Notes:
A storm deck I'm looking into putting together for my first foray into modern. Any main board/sideboard suggestions would be welcome! Unfortunately I'm new to modern so I don't know what my local meta is like.

Give this deck a {Blistercoil Weird}/{Paradise a Mantle} combo. Storm decks love Weird-Mantle combos.

Also, if you opt for the Weird, you'll want fewer lands. 8~10 lands max

Interesting idea, but I don't know what I would take out since I'm worried that the combo is too weak against creature removal whereas counterspells are the only way to stop the rituals.

Birdbrain

I realized recently...if you switch to legacy (and I know its a bad card) put in the card that makes the next card you cast 2 cheaper and costs 2. I think that's what it was made for. And if it's an instant or sorcery, {goblin electromancer} could turn it into a gain (unless it costs colored mana only)

{snapcaster Mage}?

I think {Past in Flames} is better here since it allows me to flashback my entire graveyard, thus upping the storm count by a lot on the one turn I'm comboing.

Like I said, just an idea.  Decks can't get better without ideas.

You're right, I appreciate the feedback. Not running snappys also means I don't need to go out and get a playset ;)
