I call a lie on this one, I manage to do a lot of things on my mac, including development of this website and app

If I have hardware problems with any hardware I'm not familiar with how to fix, I send it in, although that doesn't happen too often as there are plenty of DIY guides on fixit.com and I fix my macs myself. As for the software, I never had to send any computer in, PC or Mac, but that's just a question of software knowledge I posess, and arguably Mac OS X is more difficult to break and easier to fix than Windows or Linux.
