Illegal cards?

Guys i heard that cards with unblockable and doom blade are illegal now is this true?

Nothing in standard is illegal, and unblockable creatures would never receive a global ban like that. Either you are following suit with your name or your buddy's are being jerks, either way, no worries man, the cards mentioned are completely legal.

Were you beating whoever told you this? {doom blade} was just reprinted into standard. You were lied to. Unblockable I'm a little less certain on but can't see why it'd be banned.
