The story of my greatest box pull yet.

Since Theros was announced, I was pretty excited about it. Greek mythology, magic, new abilities to the game and as the set was released, it excited me that monoplay came back.

I did 3 prereleases and got {Ashiok} & {Thoughtseize}, {Whip of Erebos}, {Fleecemane lion}, and 2 of the temples, and the {Shrine of nyx} and 3 {sylvan carytatid}

Last night did a draft and drafted terribly with the new set and basically had a slow slow death. Pulled crap other than 2 temples.

Bought a fat pack after the draft and got an ok pull, nothing as great as before....

Clearly I've spent a bit so far...I was really not wanting to buy a box....and my LGs wouldn't want a box for my Tarmogoyf so I went to another store. They gave me 87.00 for the Goyf. I got a box for 105. So already saved me $90 on the box with the Goyf. I got that for $10


I always seek to pull a set from a box or nearly the whole set and this box was definitely the best box I've opened. Minimal duplicates

I was trying to sell the Goyf for months and most people would low ball me for cash and I didn't want to trade it. So the box trade was awesome

Yeah, I would have given you $100 for the goyf. Grays on the good pulls though.
