Question on interactin between theses two and the legendary rule since as stated in planes walker ruling it is by planeswalker type (exe. {Garruk caller of beasts} or {jace memory adept} subtype of jace and Garruk)  by the type?

Both can be under your control

They don't have the same English name and they are different permanent types. The legend rule and the planeswalker rule does not apply. It doesn't make much sense but you can totally have both in play simultaneously.

As an interesting add on to this, NB is the only current PW that this applies to ... It would be cool to see more PW as creatures... Can you imagine the others lol..

Aka main antagonist of Theros xenagos. Heard a rumor based on some spoiled art of xen poss becoming a god in one of the next two expansions which could change him to a creature.
