How do you change the quantity when adding cards to a deck?

How come when I try to add a single card in deck builder it says I added 4 cards!?! Can I, and how do I change that?

Tap the edit button at the top right of the deck list, then tap on any card to see a list of numbers you can change it to.

You can also reorder or delete the card from here.
